Interchanging printing and converting processes is made easy by using the "Ready™" concept: the head can be moved on each Flower™ head on wheels. The head is always available, ready for use.
Ready HHS (Hologram and Hot Stamping)
• Interchangeable on every print station
• The first fully servo driven system in the world
• Up to 100 m/min hologram deposition
• Oil heating and electrical heating available
Hologram deposition at high speeds adds value to the product without affecting productivity. Holograms enhance security, counterfeiting and graphic issues on the Packaging. The unique Servo Driven Dynamic Drive (S3D) acts also as a foil saver in hot stamping applications, greatly reducing the hot-foil consumption.
On the same head multiple lines of holograms and hot stamping can be positioned. The fully servo-driven concept allows for total flexibility in terms of graphic configuration.
Fast and profitable
The fully servo-driven concept allows for speeds up to 100 m/min even if performed with a translativ movement. Hologram deposition becomes profitable against any other method today used in any graphic industry.
The Ready-HHS™ is the only hologram deposition system now available on the market which uses the dynamic-drive fully servo-driven technology, in combination with a very accurate low-inertia manufacturing concept for high speed alternative movements.
