Delam-relam
Different options are available to delaminate, print on the adhesive, relaminate, to print on paper 1 colour to PE film up to 3 colours.
Lamination
Different lamination options are available for every packaging application. 3 roller lamination, gravure lamination using solvent, water based or UV adhesives. Lamination systems with tension control, web guide, extended drying tunnels are available.
UV dryers
IST Metz and GEW are the preferred partners for GIDUE, alternative suppliers are accepted on customer request, provided the technical acceptance by GIDUE.
Dryers
Different options are available for water based or solvent based inks drying:
• FS Flexo Storm is a well performing combination Infrared-Hot air dryer for drying speeds up to 150 mts. Min. Combination with UV possible.
• LFS Long Flexo Storm is a dedicated dryer for solvent based inks, with a longer tunnel and overpowered air fans.
• SFS Super Flexo Storm is the top-of-the-range dryer, only suitable on presses with chilled drums. Combination infrared-hot air and UV is possible.

Gulmen Engineering Pty Ltd is based in Sunshine West, Victoria. Established in 2001, our primary objective is to deliver quality, reliability and value to our printer customers in the label and packaging industries.
We do this in a number of ways. Firstly, we offer the range of quality Gidue label presses and diecutting equipment in Australia and New Zealand. This includes the Combat™ range of top-of the-line paper and film label presses, the Athena™ fully gearless press, the Quadra™ one-to-four colour press and the Xpannd™ Offset Print Unit.
Gulmen Engineering introduced the sale of the first Gidue Combat machine in Australia and we have sold 10 Gidue presses in Australia and New Zealand within the past two years.
We also offer a line-up of used equipment. Our consumables range includes spare parts for Kopack letterpress machinery, and for Labelmen and Gidue machinery, as well as doctor blades and roll cleaners.
Our services cover machine refurbishment, installations, on-site mechanical repairs and maintenance.
