The C – Combat™ uses extended base module, overdimensioned idler-roller, a special decurling module, on the same operating base of the E – Combat™, in order to convert carton up to 450 gsm. Thus, in addition to the tension and temperature features, the C – Combat™ allows pre-register and register opportunities, which can be very useful in “standardized” working environments, where consistent repatability independent from operators is needed. The totally servo-driven tension control, plus the 2 independent servo-drives on all print stations, one on the print cylinder, and one on the impression roller, make the configuration of the press always “open” to any printable substrate or solution. Also on the C – Combat™, the sturdy MF Cassette which can be easily removed for quick job interchangeability.

We do this in a number of ways. Firstly, we offer the range of quality Gidue label presses and diecutting equipment in Australia and New Zealand. This includes the Combat™ range of top-of the-line paper and film label presses, the Athena™ fully gearless press, the Quadra™ one-to-four colour press and the Xpannd™ Offset Print Unit.
Gulmen Engineering introduced the sale of the first Gidue Combat machine in Australia and we have sold 10 Gidue presses in Australia and New Zealand within the past two years.
We also offer a line-up of used equipment. Our consumables range includes spare parts for Kopack letterpress machinery, and for Labelmen and Gidue machinery, as well as doctor blades and roll cleaners.
Our services cover machine refurbishment, installations, on-site mechanical repairs and maintenance.
