Our range of semi automatic strapping machines are simple for anyone to use and strap at a quick speed with high efficiency. Simply place your item for strapping onto the table, feed the strap around the item and into the strapping head, which hits a trigger, pulls the strap back in reverse, tensions, and heat seals then cuts the strap. The difference between the open sided strapping machine and the closed strapping machine is that the height of the open strapping machine is adjustable - so you are able to adjust it to the height of your table or to your preference.
The Side Strapping Machine allows items to be strapped from the side - usually longer items - such as timber, or long stemmed flowers - and items where splinters or moisture (such as frozen food) may be an issue and you don't want them dropping into the sealing head or electrics of the strapping machine.
The Semi Automatic Pallet Strapping machine is the simple alternative for strapping pallets without the need for hand tools. The GPSAS26 Pallet Strapping Machine is moved into position next to the pallet; the horizontal bayonet which feeds the strap under the pallet through the void is rolled under the pallet, the strap is fed over the pallet and back into the machine which hits the trigger pulls the strap back in reverse, tensions, heat seals and then cuts the strap.
These Semi Automatic Strapping Machines uses polypropylene Machine Strapping in 12mm x 3000m rolls, which is an industry standard and also available from Get Packed.
