A Semi-automatic fan-binding machine for the rational gluing of book blocks with high binding achievement and outstanding binding quality. The machine does not require adjustments of the block size. That is ideal for the assortment manufacturing and the production of small series. The gluing is controlled by a microprocessor and runs automatically. Several settings for the process can be selected over a menu.
The PräColl HHS 10 has a pressing in and a pressing out station. The gluing unit has a tub for the glue roller and is easily and fast to clean. Various clamps for different block formats are included as well as the cleaning tub.
Special features of the machine is a frame for hanging in the clamps when the machines is operated by two people and a rack for the gaze.
