Our latest release is the HOT STAMP, a heavy duty Hand-held hot stamping or branding numbering or coding systems designed and manufactured by HERBEN for use in packaging indusrty, plastic fabrication eg. Rain water tanks, batteries etc. from either mains power or from a purpose made with 12 Volt long life portable battery pack for in the field use. Basic system consist of 7 numeric but can be extended to 9,11,13,15,17 or more characters to include alpha numeric up to 20 characters. Sizes from 2 to 10 mm. We also offer made to order systems with LOGOS for authentication or other security applications. Either 1 or more units made to order with many numerical combinations with either automatic indexing or manually set. The most robust design available with the end user in mind. Designed to protect the operator from heated components with special heat shields. Also suitable for branding or coding a variety of products from plastic, wax, timber but if you have a special application ask and we will apply our many years of expertise. Characters from 2 mm up to 10 mm. for 240 Volt to 12 Volt. Industrial equipment for long term use.

Since mechanical numbering equipment is in less demand due to laser, ink jet and other forms of numbering, Herben too have moved with the times offering some of these alternate methods of numbering. Perforating has also been a strong attraction with many unique Herben designs on various printing presses around the world. In more recent years with the onset of Digital printing, scoring (creasing) has been a real challenge due to stock 'cracking' problems. Herben can assure any digital printer that this issue has since been resolved
