DES, Canon and Image Products have joined forces to present a roadshow aimed at answering questions or tackling problems on fine art photography. Between them the three companies represent brands such as Hahnemuhle (a 425-year-old German paper mill now specialising in digital fine art papers), X-rite (colour solutions), Canon (cameras and printers), Breathing Color (USA high quality canvas), to name but a few.

The road show will be split up into three main areas of interest – Input, Output and Display.

Input – Canon cameras and X-Rite colour solutions

Output – Canon wide format printers, canvas (Hahnemuhle, Breathing Color), Hahnemuhledigital fine art papers, X-Rite colour proofing, metallic photopapers.

Display – canvas stretching, liquid overlaminates, JetMaster display system, Printco albums, framing supplies.

The event will take the form of a workshop rather than a “sit down” and listen presentation. There will be practical tips and “hands on” demonstrations on everything from image capture, colour correction, ICC Profiles, canvas and fine art paper printing, framing, mounting, laminating, canvas stretching and more.

The road show will be open over two days enabling attendees to choose a time to suit their working hours….a Monday afternoon, a Monday night or a Tuesday morning.
